SkyBreak Therapy, a leading outpatient pediatric therapy clinic in Boise, Idaho, is expanding! We recently acquired Idaho Pediatric Therapy Clinic, and we’re looking for passionate, play-loving Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our fun, supportive team.

Your Role as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist

At SkyBreak Therapy, we make therapy fun, functional, and family-centered.

You will:

  • Conduct comprehensive pediatric OT evaluations (ages 0–21)
  • Create individualized, play-based treatment plans to help children achieve goals
  • Provide engaging, hands-on therapy sessions (30–60 minutes)
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of OTs, PTs, SLPs, and assistants
  • Empower families with at-home strategies and education
  • Maintain accurate EHR documentation and progress notes
  • Participate in team meetings and community events that celebrate progress

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (required)
  • Current Idaho OT license (or eligibility)
  • Strong passion for helping children grow through play
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Compassionate, creative, and positive attitude
