- Competitive pay: $52,000–$78,000/year (DOE) for PTAs

Your Role as a Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant
At SkyBreak Therapy, we make therapy fun, functional, and family-centered. As a PTA, you will:
- Assist in gross motor and mobility evaluations (ages 0–21)
- Support individualized, play-based treatment plans
- Provide creative, engaging therapy sessions (30–60 minutes) under PT supervision
- Help children improve strength, coordination, balance, gait, and functional mobility
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and assistants
- Educate and empower families with home exercises and guidance
- Maintain accurate EHR documentation and progress notes
- Participate in team meetings, celebrations, and community events
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting (required)
- Current Idaho PTA license (or eligibility)
- Passion for helping children grow through play and movement
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, creative, energetic, and positive attitude
