• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for full-time PTs

• Competitive pay: $78,000–$104,000/year (DOE)

At SkyBreak Therapy, we make therapy fun, functional, and family-centered. As a PT, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive gross motor and mobility evaluations (ages 0–21)
• Develop individualized, play-based treatment plans
• Provide creative, engaging therapy sessions (30–60 minutes)
• Address strength, coordination, balance, gait, motor skills, and functional mobility
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and assistants
• Educate and empower families with home exercises and guidance
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and progress notes
• Participate in team meetings, celebrations, and community events

• Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (required)
• Current Idaho PT license (or eligibility)
• Passion for helping children grow through play and movement
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, creative, energetic, and positive attitude
