SkyBreak Therapy, a leading outpatient pediatric therapy clinic in Boise, Idaho, is expanding! After acquiring Idaho Pediatric Therapy Clinic, we’re excited to welcome passionate, playful, and family-centered Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to our fun and supportive team.

- Competitive pay: $78,000–$104,000/year (DOE)

Your Role as a Pediatric Physical Therapist
At SkyBreak Therapy, we make therapy fun, functional, and family-centered. As a PT, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive gross motor and mobility evaluations (ages 0–21)
- Develop individualized, play-based treatment plans
- Provide creative, engaging therapy sessions (30–60 minutes)
- Address strength, coordination, balance, gait, motor skills, and functional mobility
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and assistants
- Educate and empower families with home exercises and guidance
- Maintain accurate EHR documentation and progress notes
- Participate in team meetings, celebrations, and community events
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (required)
- Current Idaho PT license (or eligibility)
- Passion for helping children grow through play and movement
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, creative, energetic, and positive attitude
