We’re looking for Spanish-speaking Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs), Clinical Fellows (CFs), and Speech Therapy Assistants to join our joyful, supportive team.

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for children ages 0–21
• Design & implement evidence-based, play-centered therapy plans
• Provide 1:1 or small group sessions to develop speech, language, and social communication skills
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of OTs, PTs, SLPs, and assistants
• Partner with families, offering home strategies and education
• Maintain accurate documentation in our EHR system
• Participate in community events and workshops

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (required for SLPs)Current Idaho SLP License or eligibility to obtain (CFs welcome)Certified Speech Therapy Assistants or Clinical Fellows eligible
• Bilingual Spanish required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
